«الصداقة» متجر إلكتروني وتطبيق تابعان لمؤسسة الصداقة للتجارة العامة في موريتانيا. هذه السياسة تشرح البيانات التي نجمعها عند استخدامك للموقع ets-sadagha.com أو تطبيق «الصداقة» على أندرويد، ولماذا نجمعها، وكيف تتحكم فيها.
لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدمها لإعلانات من جهات أخرى.
نحتفظ ببيانات حسابك ما دام الحساب مفتوحاً. الفواتير وسجلات المحفظة والدفعات نحتفظ بها للمدة التي تفرضها القوانين المحاسبية حتى بعد حذف الحساب، مع إزالة بياناتك الشخصية منها. سجلات النشاط التقنية تُحذف دورياً.
الاتصال مشفّر (HTTPS)، وكلمات السر محفوظة مشفّرة، والوصول إلى بياناتك داخل المؤسسة محصور بالموظفين المخوّلين.
الخدمة غير موجّهة للأطفال دون 13 سنة، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.

What we collect: account details (name, phone number, optional email, hashed password, a profile photo required at sign-up for account verification); order details (items, delivery address and phone, and your map location only when you choose to share it at checkout); wallet and payment details (amounts, bank app used, sender/receiver number, payment screenshots you upload); app permissions (camera for payment proof, photo search and barcodes; microphone for voice search, converted to text by the device's speech service and not stored by us; location only when shared at checkout; notifications) — every permission can be refused or revoked in phone settings; technical data (IP address, device and browser type, last login) for security and fraud prevention.
Why: to run your account, fulfil and deliver orders, confirm deposits, withdrawals and payments, keep wallet records, contact you about your orders, prevent fraud and meet accounting law. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Sharing: our hosting provider (Hostinger), our notification service (OneSignal), OpenStreetMap when picking a delivery location, WhatsApp when you choose to message us, and authorities when the law requires it.
Retention and deletion: account data is kept while the account is open. Invoices and wallet/payment records are kept for the period accounting law requires, even after account deletion, with your personal details removed. You can delete your account at any time in the app or at https://ets-sadagha.com/delete-account; this removes your name, number, email, photo, password and activity log and closes the account.
Security: HTTPS, hashed passwords, staff access controls. Children: not directed at children under 13.
